EU can give Morocco more border support, von der Leyen tells Spain after Ceuta spat

After about 50,000 people surged into the Spanish enclave of Ceuta last week, EU chief Ursula von der Leyen called for stronger external borders and more technical and financial support for Morocco to help prevent repeats.
