Swedish court rules seized cargo ship can be handed over to Ukraine

A Swedish court ruled that the seizure of the cargo ship Caffa in the Baltic Sea was lawful and the vessel can be handed over to Ukraine over suspicions it illegally carried grain from Russian-occupied territory.
Authorities say the ship was seized in March for sailing under a false flag and safety problems; most of its 11 crew members were Russian.
The court noted the conduct could amount to a war crime under Swedish law; the owners have three weeks to appeal and any transfer awaits a final ruling.
