Barack and Michelle Obama surprise first visitors to newly opened presidential center

Barack and Michelle Obama surprised the first 100 visitors at the new Obama Presidential Center by personally greeting them as the museum opened.
They joined LeVar Burton to read Where the Wild Things Are to 25 kids — Michelle even quipped, “Although there were no kings,” to applause.
The Juneteenth dedication was star-studded; the sprawling, sold-out campus includes a museum, library branch, playground and public spaces celebrating Chicago.
